They act as the first point of contact for customers and have the product knowledge and skills to provide an unparalleled customer experience from start to finish.
Based at our brand new, purpose built Garden Room display village at the Alver Valley Garden Centre, Gosport, you’ll be working as part of a small sales team optimising your branch’s sales leads and offering customers an unrivalled product and customer service.
You’ll need to be proactive, and results driven. Ready to learn all about our range of products and because we don’t rely on hard-sells and pressure tactics, ready to advice and guide customers toward an unrivalled product and experience.
This is a full time role, and we’re open seven days a week, including weekends so you’ll need to be flexible.
Experience in the Home Improvement Industry (or similar) would be ideal but, but we’re more interested in people that share the same passion for the product and service that we do.
In return, we can offer a competitive starting rate plus a very attractive, uncapped commission with realistic OTEs and a clear route for progression.
Due to its location access to your own vehicle is essential.
