Johnsons Garden Buildings are looking for a top-quality individual with energy and enthusiasm to fill this very important role.

As the UK’s leading supplier of superior garden rooms along with a fantastic range of Hot Tubs, swim spas and accessories, this role will offer the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to lead our Chelmsford Branch as Sales Branch Manager.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while ensuring the highest standards of customer service are delivered.
  • This will include identifying and following up all sales opportunities, actively managing sales leads and reporting on all outcomes.
  • This would range from the initial qualification of a customer’s requirements through to the provision of an estimate and follow up of a home site visit to ensure that the installation process is a smooth one.

 

Key Skills

  • Sales experience is essential and full training is given
  • Highly self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering the best customer service while surpassing their set goals
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Confident manner in selling to the general public
  • Excellent time management
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook due to the process and procedures in place
  • Full driving licence required and own car essential

 

The Package:

  • Salary: £27,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, OTE £37,000
  • Hours: Full Time
  • Weekend work essential
  • Comprehensive induction and full product training given

This expansion will offer exciting employment opportunities to the right candidate who joins our Sales team and becomes integral to the continued growth of our brand.

The ideal candidate will have previous Sales and Customer service experience in dealing with the public face to face.

The Package:

  • Salary is £21,136 plus uncapped commission.
